Probably the best chance for your business to grow up is a place where all your rivals are in there. But, for having a word to say among them, you should have an extra ace card in hand. Here in the series of fair season articles, you’ll learn the best tips on promoting your brand on any event. Let’s learn how to attract potential customers attention to what you do or make.

Learn the power of Colors in branding

As you probably know, each color has a different effect on people’s emotions. So, choosing the right color for your products and stand decorations, would draw the attention of your potential customers to you in an exhibition. Here you can see a quick review on colors psychology for your sales:

Yellow: Energetic, Frustrative, Warm, Attention Grabbing and Appetizing

Yellow is the perfect color for food products because it increases the metabolism and give people the feeling of hunger and craving. It also is so energetic and happy. So, don’t hesitate to use some yellow paper cups for promoting your best juice. For many people, yellow is seen as a bright and cheerful color. Advertisers may use it to not only draw attention but also to evoke a sense of happiness. That’s why it’s one of the most preferred colors in car air fresheners, promotional wet wipes and most of all stress balls.

Green: fresh, calming, stress relieving, natural, lucky and healthy

There’s no need to explain this all over again. From saint Patrick’s day’s green customs to all those environmental companies you can see the meanings of green from luck to health. Boost up your customers number with a green eco friendly seed pen to show the importance of mother earth to everyone while drawing all good lucks and attentions to your stand. Because green color is so associated with nature, people often describe it as natural, fresh, and restful. However, it is important to remember that all reactions to color are also shaped by cultural influences and individual experiences. But still, you can always show the freshness and health of your products with this color. Green is one of the best colors for a recyclable non-woven bag which comes with your green products in it.

Blue: Productive, reliable, calm, and masculine

If you want to project an image of security in your business, you’d better use blue, the color of stability and reliability, in your advertising and marketing efforts. A blue printed keychain is the best choice as a real estate’s promotional item. Unlike yellow, blue is one of the least appetizing colors. Some weight loss plans even recommend eating your food off, of a blue plate. So, a blue full color printed coaster would be the perfect choice for your weigh loss clinic. Researches have shown that people are more productive in blue rooms and that’s why it is the most used color in offices. Now guess what, if you want to promote your business in different companies, give away a blue printed mousepad to each company and they’ll use them with loving them unconsciously. It could even be because of it matching their decoration colors!

Red: Passionate, Powerful, exciting and emotional

Red, the color of love. Do I even need to mention how strong it can be in showing your power to your customers and rivals in your market? Still, there are some products that you’d better stay away from red in them. For example, a promotional mousepad. Do you know why you shouldn’t use the red color in mousepads? Well… no, it’s not because of any kind of emotions or psychological effects! It’s simply because that it soaks the infrared lights of your wireless mouse and it could slow down the speed and functionality! So, you see, it’s not always about psychology!!! Yet, you should use red in your valentine’s Day giveaways like red gift boxes, red paper bags, etc. Like black, red is also described as a strong color that recalls feelings of strength and power. Give the power to your fans hands in voting you by giving them red promotional pens in elections. Red logo printed balloons can be very effective in your campaigns of any kind too.

White: Pure, innocent, sterile, clean, peaceful and positive

Some people don’t consider white as color but whether they like it or not, white is one of the most powerful colors in advertisement and promotional industry. In marketing and branding, white is used to convey a feeling of safety, purity, freshness, and cleanliness, as well as to create contrast. So, your best choice for a law firm is promoting it with a white notepad or tote bag with your logo printed on it. White is often associated with weddings, hospitals, and angels and is often used to convey a sense of cleanliness, and peacefulness. Also, you can print your clinic’s name on our white toothbrush sets or just design your very own hygienic tissue box with white, blue and green motives on it. A cork coaster with your names’ initials printed with white color on it, can be the best gift for your wedding too.

Black: Mysterious, Bold, Powerful, and luxury

In marketing and branding psychology, black is associated with boldness, formality, mystery, strength, luxuriousness, and seriousness. Besides being sleek, black is versatile and can be combined with any other color. Try not to color your paper cups‘ whole body with black while serving your cold drinks in them. This will give a feeling of unhealthiness to people drinking from that cup. Yet, if you’re serving hot coffee, that totally changes from zero to hundred in being effective. A black leather passport cover or license pouch is one of the most luxurious ways of promoting your brand. It will give a feeling of importance to your customers. So, in an exhibition where all your rivals are promoting their brands, giving away this luxury black leather products, will shoot you up a dozen leagues.

Brown plays an important role in the psychology of marketing and branding and can influence people’s perception of a brand’s personality. In promotional products world, brown is associated with reliability, dependability, and nurturing. You don’t need to use the color directly on vast areas, but you can design your items with brown motives or wood material as the most down to earth, warm and friendly material. Also, the brown color of cork coasters has the same effect as the color itself.

Orange: Enthusiastic, Happy, Energetic, Refreshing, Playful, and Color of attention

Draw all the attention to your booth with giving orange custom notebooks to people.
